The entire process went smoothly. After booking, there was an external partner which provided insurance, and the emails were separate from Kayak. We use passenger vans several times a year, and this was by far the best price, not to mention the vans were brand new! Enterprise staff was very personable and professional.

Car was excellent - we were not As seniors we 'fell' into the lower ride & had to 'climb' out. Once we were going it was great though. Never driven a BMW before - bit of a learning curve - but okay. We have a KIA Forte sedan (w upgraded tires) & the BMW handled about the same.

We loved the EXCELLENT customer service we received when we picked up the car (the person that helped us is named Keti). However, when we got home they told us we damaged the car in 3 places. THIS IS A HORRIBLE LIE!!!! We only went to the hotel, to a wedding reception the next day, back to the hotel, then to a wedding the next day and back to hotel, then the airport. And we always park far away from other vehicles!!! Oh, and the Ford Bronco that we drove only had 38,000 miles on it and it was horribly uncomfortable. Brakes squeaked, and it didn't drive smoothly. And I wouldn't have even mentioned this part but since we were accused of damaging the car...
Didn't have the car i had so they upgraded me without a problem for the same price.

I made the reservation then called to confirm the vehicle and particulars. Two days before travel I called the Las Vegas thrifty to confirm again. Imagine the surprise when I arrived to find that I was assigned a minivan instead of the Ford transit I had booked and was told I could not rent it there and return it in Salt Lake City without paying an additional $800. The nice lady showed me the booking and it was the code for a minivan. A minivan is not equivalent to the Transit. I had seven adults and luggage which I why I rented such an expensive vehicle through this site. Contact me.

The customer service counter is terrible. 30 people in line & only 2 representatives. During my 1hr wait in line 3 representatives came out & only helped 1 customer & left. I witnessed one representative work with one customer for over 30min!!! Ridiculous

It was a bit chaotic at the pickup counter, apparently they were out of cars in Las Vegas? But luckily they had the large car I had booked and we were off! Great car, no issues. The people at the counter were lovely despite the mayhem.

The pick up is awful! Could not find the place to pick up and no one knew where to find Hertz in the Hotel. There was only one sign and then there was only one guy working and they just hand you keys and tell you where to go find the car. My car had trash in it and was obviously interior not wiped down , black smudges all over from previous user.

I will never use easyrent again. The transit driver was unprofessional complaining about the weight of our suit case. Well I’m sorry you are 20 yrs younger than me and I lift it w/o problem. The wait for customer service was insanely slow. I was first in line and waited 30 minutes. The vehicles fuel tank wasn’t full and the car was very dirty. The drop off was fine. Again with the transit driver bitching about suit case weight, sorry find another job.

Jacqueline was absolutely atrocious to deal with. I have never seen such a deflated individual serving customers. She was rude, curt and quite frankly her customer service left a lot to be desired. I truly hope her employer can and will provide some proper customer service training and monitors this individuals performance improvement plan.

This company is very unprofessional. The driver that picked us up from the airport was yelling at the group and being very ignorant to everyone because he did not make more than 20$ in tips. The front counter girl was on the phone with her I am assuming boyfriend while we were trying to re book as she said our booking was canceled because our flight was late. She was very unprofessional, told me to give her my credit card then just over charged me on everything without even asking me or telling me the cost of all these extra costs….. Then gave me a car that was you can tell just returned as it was dirty on the inside and had less then a quarter tank of gas. The car was also left in gear when I entered it. I will be contacting head office over the next few days to try and get some of the money back that they over charged me. Put simple I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AS IT IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE ENCOUNTERED! The driver that drove us back to the airport after our trip I will say was professional and treated us very well that is the only good thing I have to say Maybe he should be running this division of this company

The shuttle from Fox after returning the carcass was TERRIBLE!!! First of all, we waited well over 25 minutes for the shuttle; they said it would be every 15 minutes. Then, the shuttle literally broke down on the way to the main rental center!!! We had to wait for another shuttle to come and take us and the other passengers. We ended wasting 50 minutes due to Fox’s inefficiency and lack of quality and because of Fox, we nearly missed being able to check our luggage.

The drop-off process at Fox’s was fast and easy. Suggest signage stating process to park here, remove belongings, and leave keys in unlocked vehicle. Luckily, a shuttle was about to leave, so caught a return ride quickly. Otherwise, they were somewhat slow on running back n forth. Did not like the need to take second remote to rental lot to obtain vehicle. Was not clearly explained in site details. Lobby of registration area was run down. Three agents working the counter, required us to wait longer than anticipated. Due to many foreign travelers, agents spent extra time to process documents. Did not appreciate the amount of taxes and insurance charges to final bill. What is advertised price, well add 120% as close estimate to final bill.

Regarding this it was a deeply disappointing and upsetting experience when collecting my rental vehicle. Upon arrival at the counter, I was pressured into purchasing additional products and coverages that I did not request, agree to, or need. I was told these items were mandatory and that the insurance I already held through Expedia “wasn’t valid” and that I should “contact Expedia” instead. This information was misleading and felt deliberately manipulative. I was also charged for services I did not use, including being made to sign for items such as a bus transfer that I never took, yet was still billed for. The counter agent’s behaviour was unprofessional and unacceptable (sanoe). She was rude, dismissive, and gave me an ultimatum: either pay the added charges and hurry up as she can’t waste her time with me as customer waiting or leave without a vehicle and with no refund. This felt coercive and left me with no genuine choice. This experience not only resulted in unauthorised charges, but also ruined the start of my holiday. I believe I was misled, upsold without consent, and effectively defrauded.
