Quick easy check in/out experience, friendly service. Only suggestion is to put a note on rentals from here which explain that the rental counter is within Main Street Casino, I did have some trouble finding the rental counter initially.

They had me renting a car that was 55$ cab ride from the airport. When we arrived they did not have the car I had reserved. I was upset and she said they never have that specific car at this spot and it’s only ever at the airport. They tried putting me in car that was not comparable but I was still expected to pay the premium price. We went back to the airport only to find out we were now on the DO NOT RENT TO!! We ended renting from SixT and they were a lot more helpful! They didn’t lie to us and it was way cheaper. Enterprise and eat 💩 and live!!!!
Agent was generous and helpfull by understanding our worries about not having our car rented by another rental car and he stepped in by helping us very quikly to help us, dont remember his name but he was the best for us. Thank you all for the great and comfortable car Rented. Sincerely, Wernet Family.

We had a great experience. Claire on the desk was so patient with us as our UK credit cards didn’t work and we had to clear them with UK first. It was good value for money and we had no problem with the car.

The car I booked was not available and NO cars available. I was told nothing could be done. Had to book another from a different location paying more for it and the cost of taxi to get to the new rental location. Totally unethical . Wasted my time and money. Have raised a compliant and will demand answers to why this could happen so others don’t have to face the same. For the record this was Hertz at the downtown Las Vegas location.

We did not receive the vehicle from Hertz. We made reservations for pick-up at 10 am on 2/18/25 and they did not have a vehicle ready. They asked to wait 2 hours, which we did and they still did not have a vehicle ready. We ended up canceling our reservations, but they stated that since we made our reservations through a 3rd party, we had to cancel through them. Please do not bill us for this rental as we never received a vehicle. Please confirm that we will not be billed for this rental. Thank you.

They cancelled on me upon arrival. No prior warning that they didn’t have cars available, and no apology. Impossible to speak to anyone at Hertz or Kayak trying to resolve the issue and ensure I wouldn’t be charged. Still don’t know if I’ll be charged. So so bad.

Ordered a Tesla. Didnt have any at Location. clerk sent me to a different location where they definitly have a tesla. Second location told me they dont have any teslas in their fleet anymore

Supplier choice
Booked a car due to having to leave because a family member died. Looked all over Fremont street. Finally found it. Waited for 20 min because they were on break just for them to tell me they didn’t have any cars or my rental available and said I needed to call around for a new one.
