Not able to change credit card over the phone afte
Cons: I returned the car at the airport instead of the location where I picked it up. At the airport I was not given a receipt with the advice to request it from the location. The location was not able to sent it me as email, even after requesting it three times. Are they living in 1985? They also were not able to put the charge on a different credit card. They said I would need to stop by and swipe the card on their terminal...very funny when you are about 3000 miles away! Again, that is about 1985 standard. Shape up, Enterprise customer-un-support!

Pros: The chance to switch vans after noticing a large scratch on the door after pick up. the opportunity to pick the van we wanted to drivel, specially since we had our baby with us. their willingness to let us borrow a car seat after the airline lost ours. (although we got one from them) the fast self check in they had at the airport.

Pros: Offered a shuttle back to the hotel. Everyone greeted and spoke with a smile. They cared and made the checking in and out an easy experience. Thanks.

Pros: Car was good
Cons: I had no reservation at the enterprise location I went to. Then then I got charged 4 times the amount that kayak said I was gonna. Not cool.

Kayak makes reservation 40 miles from Airport
Pros: Nice Car
Cons: Kayak made a reservation 40 miles from LV airport without any notice. Enterprise has many offices and will not honor reservations made by Kayak at LV airport without MAJOR increase in price. We BEGGED for a car but was told because KAYAK made the reservation that we MUST get our car at the office KAYAK made the reservation in. BEWARE OF MAKING RESERVATIONS WITH ENTERPRISE THROUGH KAYAK.

Cons: I was told that i could drop my vehicle off after hours and take an Uber to the airport...however when i got there, there was a sign that said "No after hours drop off." Good thing i left early to the airport and had time to spare because i had to drop my car off at another location.

Bang for the buck
Pros: Was a little surprised I had double shuttle to get the car. But I understood after complete experience that it was a god value and I would repeat the experience.

Pros: Everything was perfect from start to finish. A extremely polite and professional experience. They have a bell sitting on the counter to ring for great customer service, I pressed it with two hands!

Excellent value and service
Pros: Due to flight problems I arrived 8 hours after scheduled pick up time. Car and great rate was still available. Will definitely use again.

Best car rental experience in a long time
Pros: The staff was really courteous and professional. They did everything in their power to ensure that I had a great experience. I highly recommend this Enterprise location!

Kayak is deceiving!
Cons: I reserved my car for what I thought was at the airport pick up in Las Vegas, did not even think to look at the address, turns out the pick up was at an offsite location, 12 miles from the airport! It cost me $25 to get to that location. The taxicab driver as well as the agent at enterprise said they see this daily from third-party companies like kayak! You may save a little bit of money going through a third-party like this, But in the long run it is not worth it and will never use kayak again! Enterprise was fine, they even waived the fee to drop off the airport location.

Couldn't get anything like what I reserved
Pros: Pickup process in LAS VEGAS was easy, folks were nice, Car was clean. Dorp off was easy. Folks were helpful finding us luggage carts at drop off. Price was great!
Cons: I asked for a mid-sized SUV. I wanted high clearance and AWD. They didn't have a mid-sized SUV (though they had plenty of larger SUV's) so they pushed me to a van (since they had lots). I told them I needed clearance and AWD. They offered me my choice of vans.

Cons: We set this up via Kayak on our corporate card - but the individual renting the vehicle had to pay via their personal card. Unacceptable for us - and we will not use Kayak or Enterprise again.

Enterprise has great pick up and drop off.
Pros: Pick up went very well and was easy and low pressure. Drop off went very well and had the pleasant surprise of being able to check my bags for my flight right after we dropped off the car in Phoenix.
Cons: Car choices for class were a bit limited. Ford sync not the best.

Car functions broken during driving
Cons: When we came to pick up the car in Las Vegas, we were told we were giving an updated car (a Tahoe) without any other options, we have to take it. Then we took it. We drove for two days and were getting familiar with the car. However starting the third day, the AC started to blow hot air, where we were in San Diego. I called roadside assistance for help as we cann't drive a car in a hot summer day without AC on a highway. But the road assistance said it is not their job to come to fix it and suggested us to contact our original pickup office. I called the Las Vegas office but it was after working hours and no one was there to pick up the phone. Then I called toll free number which said it is available 24 hours per day. However I was told by a telephone message that the office was closed. We have to wait for the second day. When I called the Las Vegas office, and told them I could not go back to Las Vegas to exchange car as I am in San Diego, driving back to Las Vegas in a 40+ degree without AC was impossible, especially we have kid on board. Then I was directly being transferred to San Diego airport location and leave me to deal with the agent without any further help from our original office. Then I told my story to a agent in San Diego airport office and I was told I need to come to them to exchange a car. Then I asked if I would be able to provide a car model and reserve it through the phone. I was told I have no choice on what kind of car was available for us. When we went to the San Diego airport, they provided us a Jeep Compass and said there was no other option for us. Therefore we took the car. However later of the day when we drove to LA, we found the headlights were fallen out from its sockets. We again drove to LA airport office for exchange. The staff there said the only available car is a compact car and saying that the money we paid for renting a car in Las Vegas can't rent same car in LA, if we don't want to drive a compact car, we have to pay more. Therefore we decide to drive the Jeep Compass for the rest of our road trip. The employee wrote on our rental lease stating that the fell-off headlights was mechanical problem as a proof it is not our fault. It took us so much time in dealing with the car rental issues in the middle of our planned vacations. We have re-arrange our hotels in order to accommodate the problem generated of the car. Also the services provided to us is not in a helpful manner. I was feeling there no immediate solution provided. We were kicked around and have to find solution ourselves and no one cares. And during the entire processes, not a single employee saying a single "sorry" to us for the things we went through. I understand Enterprise is a big company and everybody is very busy. However I do believe there is a room for improvement in providing solutions and treating the customer with a little bit more patient and enthusiasm. Thank you for spending time reading my lengthy feedback.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very efficient.
Cons: The only semi-negative which was not too bad was the organization while waiting.

Car unavailable but tried to accommodate
Pros: They upgraded us to a high end vehicle, although it was all they had.
Cons: Car not available at pick-up. They were out of vehicles. Car they gave us was way bigger than needed and used lots of gas. We were 1 hour late at drop-off. Office closed and no after hours drop off. Took car to airport instead

Pros: Nothing. The whole experience was bad.
Cons: The car wasn't ready, they tried to give me a car someone else was dropping off (to pick up a different car because the ac stopped working) and when I dropped it off, they wouldn't take me to the airport. The car was dinged up and scratched they did a horrendous job cleaning it and the gas tank was only 1/4 full

Nice price for Vegas
Pros: We liked the way Enterprise picks you up and takes you back to your hotel.
Cons: Not all the Enterprise locations are priced the same.
