After dropping off the vehicle. We waited over 35 mins for a shuttle at LAX and ended up having to purchase an Uber ($25). Literally if we would have been 1 minute later and we would have missed our flight completely. 0 stars. Calling corporate.Reviewed May 15 2023

There was not much to like. The pricing of the rent was in 3 times more than advertised on your site. In stead of $72 we were charged $210 for ONE day. Also we were ill advised about paying for fuel. It was advised to prepay for a ful tank, but upon return we only used 70% and the 30% of the fuel is not reimbursed. From a client perspective the AVIS process was a cheat.Reviewed Apr 29 2023

When I arrived to the agency, they said that there's no car left. So I had no car for my road trip, and couldn't find one anywhere except in the TURO application for private vehicules. I really hope I get a refund.Reviewed Mar 24 2023
