+ Great breakfast, location, facilities; the A/C was extra cool! Coffee available 24/7. - The coffee didn’t taste the greatest but 24/7 availability made up for taste

Anonymous, Mar 2018 - Best Western Plus Downtown Inn & Suites
Pros (+) For the value of the room, we were very impressed by the amount of space, cleanliness, helpful staff, and great breakfast spread! Would absolutely stay again!
Cons (-) The look of the neighborhood is a turn-off at first, and the building is a little dated, but the inside is very clean and comfortable.

Okay
Anonymous, Feb 2017 - Best Western Plus Hobby Airport Inn & Suites
Pros (+) The staff was great and location was good
Cons (-) The elevator was quirky and had no visible approval certification. The room smelled like cat urine. Not sure if there was some sort of Air freshener in the wall unit. We opened the window to help air it out and make it bearible to sleep in.

Anonymous, Dec 2016 - Best Western Plus Hobby Airport Inn & Suites
Pros (+) The staff was wonderful, room was very nice, breakfast was outstanding!
Cons (-) Location not so nice, but I did not feel threatened at all. As a single, older lady, I came and went at all times of the day and not once was I was afraid. Cameras are everywhere and I saw a security guard during one of my late night/early morning tryst. Will stay here again.

Pros (+) We were in Texas for a wedding, and needed a place to stay for a few days. Our room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Front desk staff was always friendly, and the breakfast was decent. My kids enjoyed the folded cheese omelets. Would stay here again.
Cons (-) With all the road work, it was difficult to find. Almost went the wrong way (Texas roads for you!) to try to access the hidden driveway into the hotel.

Pros (+) Free breakfast of eggs, sausage, waffles, and tea was a great added value. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. A little cold for a swim but pool looked well maintained. My room had a nice couch and desk and the wifi worked.
Cons (-) Driveway into hotel parking lot was perilous - steep with a gaping hole in the middle. I honestly wondered if I was going to ruin my car. I get it that it's hard to escape roaches in this part of the country, but I was grossed out to find a dead one in my bathroom right after seeing one running down the hallway wall.
