Great hotel if you want a clean comfortable room. Not much to do around it though. Be ready to drive for food, and anything else you may want.

Pros (+) Staff was great. Very helpful and attentive. Nice to have the burger restaurant attached to the hotel.

Cons (-) Hotel is older. Rooms are a bit small for my liking. Maintenance has to come to your room to open vents to allow HVAC to work (bit of a hassle). Bathroom sink smaller (can't put much on it).

Pros (+) Location was great and rooms were good. Liked the valet service. Breakfast was extra.

Cons (-) Could not print or scan anything -This was disappointing to say the least Why would you even call it a business center when the most basic facilities are missing? Wi-fi went out for more than half a day during a weekday. Not what you would expect in a downtown inn.

Pros (+) Nice hotel, conveniently close to the airport. Good restaurant on site.

Cons (-) I booked and paid this hotel online through Kayak, but was also charged by Holiday Inn. I noticed that afterwards (I was in a rush to catch my flight). I called them and wrote an email 2 days ago about that to get reimbursed by HIE, but so far did not get a reply. I will follow-up, I am disappointed that they did not react immediately. Reason why I rated Staff as "Poor".
