The room was right on the side of the elevator and your can hear the elevator go up and down while trying to sleep.

Cons (-) The staff was not well organized and not attentive. The decor was disappointing after having stayed at the Dallas ZaZa.

Pros (+) The room was large and beautifully appointed. All amenities were available. The beds were very comfortable and temperature control was easy.
Cons (-) Bathrooms are small and plumbing is worn but nice looking and fits the room. The biggest problem I had was two mornings( plus a third I didn't tell staff about) when I couldn't get hot water to the shower. In one case it was a boiler problem and the other two I don't know but possibly regulator plumbing at the shower itself. The staff are exceptional and offered a room upgrade but only on the last...
