Pros (+) Staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) Sheets had hair in an on them when I arrived. As if bed was made but sheets weren’t washed and replaced after previous guest. Room doors are not properly aligned so there’s huge gap where every word in the hall way is heard.

Pros (+) The bed was huge and fluffy and comfortable
Cons (-) Several phone calls to the front desk were unanswered forcing me to go downstairs to speak to staff in person A used bar of soap was in the bathtub. The shower temperature was difficult to control Directions to get the shuttle from the airport need to be more clear and a method to reach the hotel over WiFi should be provided (eg Whatsapp) Provide towel racks in the bathroom so my towel can dry and...

Pros (+) The Sheraton North Houston was a last minute stay for me and due to my crazy schedule I booked the wrong dates, but the staff were extremely generous and helped me change the dates without any charges to my non-refundable booking. I was hugely thankful.
Cons (-) The facilities were very nice, but the room didn't have complementary water and the amenities usually found in a hotel room that nice were very limited. I was a bit discouraged because as a traveler, I often depend on these amenities to carry me through short stays.

Pros (+) I liked the overall decor of the hotel. I didn't have to wait that long to check in even with a long line. It was very close to the airport. We stayed both before and after our vacation to Mexico. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. I love that they offer shuttle service to and from the airport. Also a plus was that we could keep our car parked at the hotel...
Cons (-) Both times we booked a room, they put us on the 4th floor and both times, the ice machine was out, so I had to keep going to the 3rd floor to get ice. That was really the only negative.

Pros (+) Property is in good condition and being taken care of very well.
Cons (-) 1. One way in and out so you have great difficulty getting TO and AWAY from the property. Construction only compounds this as you cannot get back onto 610 or 10 without going on a wild goose chase. 2. Housekeeping didn't show up at all on the first day, had to get fresh towels that evening after our return to the property. So then the second day I guess they wanted to 'show us' so they came at 8:3...

Pros (+) The value for the room on a Monday late evening was great. Everyone was friendly, the place was quite & clean, the beds were comfy & the room and bathroom were clean, coffee in the room was Starbucks, the cafe for breakfast was good. I left a personal item and the staff was able to locate it. I couldn't be happier. Thank you all so much for taking the time to locate it and keep it safe. Also, a pl...
Cons (-) If I was staying more than just overnight I would have wanted a room that didn't smell like smoke. I did notice smoke free signs in the hallway, but I know some do not always abide by the rules. The smell was tolerable for a night stay, but anything more, I would have asked for a new room.

Cons (-) I arrived late and my reservation was made on the wrong date.. due to the travel site or the hotel... but the staff on the front desk refused to accomodate me even though you guys had probably 50 empty rooms. I understand that it might not have been your fault.. but you rather have an empty room than a customer. WELL THIS CUSTOMER RUNS A COMPANY WITH 2650 ENPLOYEES. WE BOOK AN AVERAGE OF 110O HOTE...
