Left my family, including our four autistic children, stranded.
Cons: I requested a minivan, specifically because I knew it was the only type of car that would work for my family and all of our bags. I got through the whole heck in process without being told that they didn't actually have a minivan. The budget employee handed me the keys and told me it was a Kia Sorrento. I asked if that was a minivan and she responded that it was a "7-passenger vehicle." I asked again, and again, she refused to directly answer the question. I told her I couldn't take anything other than the minivan we reserved, due to my kids' needs and the number of bags we had. She had no interest in helping us. So there we were, with our four young children with autism, stranded at the airport after a difficult red-eye fight, left to figure out a solution on our own, with kids melting down and everything. It was bad enough that they didn't have the minivan I reserved, but the unhelpful employee made a bad situation worse. I will never rent a car from Budget again.

Misleading on Site Pick up
Cons: I typed in Pittsburgh Airport for my pick up/drop off location assuming it would be at the airport. When I went to the counter, I was told it was an offsite location 15 miles away...

Cons: Guy while returning the car was in a bad mood. Shouted where to park, and then was just rude in general. Overall wont be dealing with this store again.
