Cons:
They did not have the car I reserved. I was downgraded to a smaller car. They did give me a 10% discount though. They literally had only like 3 cars in the whole lot.6.0 Okay

They were only friendlier because they were late on pickup and did not want to lose a customer to their competition agencies.Cons:
Take time to understand customer requests on rentals, take more time in closing out the customer bills and get them their rental copy same day or at the very least next business day.
