Cons:
They did not have the car I reserved. I was downgraded to a smaller car. They did give me a 10% discount though. They literally had only like 3 cars in the whole lot.6.0 Okay

They were only friendlier because they were late on pickup and did not want to lose a customer to their competition agencies.Cons:
Take time to understand customer requests on rentals, take more time in closing out the customer bills and get them their rental copy same day or at the very least next business day. I returned my rental on the 15th first thing in the morning, still have not received my final bill or an explanation as to why I have not received the full $200 deposit back.4.8 Mediocre

The car was clean and the front desk man, apologized when I got there and when I dropped the car off about being picked up late.Cons:
They picked me up 45 minutes late. I was taking my lunch at 1, and told them I needed to be back to work as soon as possible. I made multiple calls to the store and was told two or 3 times they were close. I demanded them to give me the persons number who was co.ing, but they said to hang up, he is going to call me now. He never called and they showed up at 1:45.Hertz

The staff seemed overwhelmed with the two staffers which took some time to be attended on site and when i called them up to extend my rental contract through the end of October as I was on hold for almost one hour and my call was also terminated so I called them right back until someone answered my call.Cons:
Be honest with the actual time frames, leaving someone unattended and on hold for such a long time is simply not good at all.2.0 Poor

When I called them to confirm my car rental reservation, they said that they have no car available for me. I told them that I had already paid for the car rental for 10 days at the time of online booking. However, it didn't change the outcome. Obviously, they gave away the car I paid for.2.0 Poor

Poor customer service by the attendant. I prepaid for a car and was a few hours late picking it up on May 24th, 2019. The attendant gave my prepaid car to another customer and had NO cars to rent. I was offered a cargo van to drive from Chandler (Phoenix) Arizona to Las Vegas.4.8 Mediocre

Manager failed to mention that pre-paid gas wasn't refundable. I TRIED to do a good deed and fill the tank up with gas before returning the vehicle and they STILL charged me an additional $56 for the pre-paid gas!! I got ripped off for an extra $100! Great job!!9.6 Wonderful
