They Pick you up
Pros: The car was clean and the front desk man, apologized when I got there and when I dropped the car off about being picked up late.
Cons: They picked me up 45 minutes late. I was taking my lunch at 1, and told them I needed to be back to work as soon as possible. I made multiple calls to the store and was told two or 3 times they were close. I demanded them to give me the persons number who was co.ing, but they said to hang up, he is going to call me now. He never called and they showed up at 1:45.

Pros: It was the worst experience I've ever had with Enterprise
Cons: The service, it took me over an hour to get my rental. It felt like I was dealing with a car sales man, he kept trying to upsale a rental and wouldn't take no for an answer.. Car cleanliness, it was full of dog hair..

Pros: The car I got was in great shape and easy to drive. Very comfortable and easy to get used to driving. When picking up the car the attendant was helpful and answered all of my questions.

Pros: Elizabeth was amazing! She clearly knows her job well and is very good at it! The whole team is friendly, personable, and genuinely interested in their customers. It was a pleasure!

Cons: Manager failed to mention that pre-paid gas wasn't refundable. I TRIED to do a good deed and fill the tank up with gas before returning the vehicle and they STILL charged me an additional $56 for the pre-paid gas!! I got ripped off for an extra $100! Great job!!

Cons: Poor customer service by the attendant. I prepaid for a car and was a few hours late picking it up on May 24th, 2019. The attendant gave my prepaid car to another customer and had NO cars to rent. I was offered a cargo van to drive from Chandler (Phoenix) Arizona to Las Vegas.

Cons: When I called them to confirm my car rental reservation, they said that they have no car available for me. I told them that I had already paid for the car rental for 10 days at the time of online booking. However, it didn't change the outcome. Obviously, they gave away the car I paid for.
