Pros: Super easy pickup and drop off. The car was clean and as advertised. Was able to directly connect my phone to the audio system via USB, which was a major plus.

Great deal, great car, great!
Pros: The experience of conveniently renting a car
Cons: The pickup/dropoff site did not have a sign, so our agenda was delayed considerably as we drove aimlessly around the general vacinity. Finally, by some margin of chance, we decided to pull into an auto body repair shop, and surprise! There was a Hertz rental office in the very back hallway.
It was nothing short of confusing.

Cancelled reservation when we landed!
Pros: Nothing, no rental.
Cons: I confirmed before we departed and upon landing received a call that our reservation had been cancelled because they rented out all their cars, although less than 3 hours before they confirmed our reservation.

Pros: First car given to me had a brake light out. Was not accounted for in report. Staff was not unfriendly, but clearly would rather be doing something else. Second car was fine, smelled like smoke, but otherwise clean and in working order.

Kayak Car Rental Horrible Experience
Cons: Got to the airport only to find out that Kayak had called the booking at airport then booked with a company 10 min away from the airport and the location was closed when I landed!!!

Cons: No one from hertz was at the counter when I went to check in. I left something in the car and had to have a friend in the Nashville drive to Brentwood because the man didn't "have time" to go check the car to see if it was in there. The car was parked right outside his office. Terrible customer service.

Are you f#%*ing kidding me?
Cons: Confirmation email gave me the wrong address for the pick up location. The address I got didn't exist.
When I finally got to the right location, there was no rental car, not the compact I booked. They had one minivan for double the rate I originally booked at.
I waited in line, when it was my turn, the man behind the counter told me to wait longer and gave my place in line to a woman behind me for no apparent reason.

Cons: The location listed on kayak was not where the hertz location was. It was 3 miles down the street. When I arrived at 11 for my 11 pickup. No one was there. I had to wait until they came back from lunch. Clearly listed 11 am as a pick up time. Later that night, realized the headlights didn't work. I work 3rd shift. So.... I called and tried to return the car to another location because where I picked up was closed. The other location told me they didn't have an exchange car for me. Called the 24 hour customer service. They told me they would tow me back and forth that night to where ever I had to go but never showed up. Lost a day of pay because hertz said they wouldn't pay a ticket if I was pulled over for the light. Next day traded the car, the next car had working lights but 2 nails in the tire and I had to constantly add air. Couldn't return that car either. Couldn't drive the cars too much drama very inconvenient. Never offered a discount or an apology. Won't be going back here!

CAR NOT AT AIRPORT AS PROMISED
Cons: My reservation, and the confirmation, stated that my car would be available "on airport." When I arrived at the desk, I was advised that the car was located 20 miles away from the airport, and in the opposite direction from where I was going. I was told that this "happens all the time" and that I "would have to "Uber" over to the offsite location to pick it the car. That was, obviously, ridiculous, particularly since I don't use Uber and a cab would have cost $50-100 in the opposite direction. I was required to rent another car, at a much higher charge, from Budget. I can provide a screen shot of my confirmation that states that the car was "on airport." My recent experiences with Enterprise, this one and a recent smoke-stained car- have been very unpleasant.
