Didn’t get to rent a car because the people told me over the phone that I had to use the card. When I got there, they told me I had to use a credit card and that I also couldn’t rent it because I was a resident of Nashville and this was at the Nashville airport. You guys charge me $16 to cancel my trip, after I wasted an hour, making it to the airport. Sorry but, your customer service is terrible, the people on the phone lead me into a dead end, and I’ll never use the service again, especially after you guys stole my money and my time from me. I had somewhere to be, and the guy at the front desk said there’s a place in Charlotte Pike after I had gotten a ride there to the airport with no time left to need a ride. My day was ruined.
