Cons:On pick up, they gave us a choice of 3 mustang convertibles “upgrade” because our 4 door std was gone . The agent tried blowing smoke up our butts. Traded it in next day. Drop of was easy but agent was unable to print a receipt . Said they would email it. Haven’t seen it yet so don’t know if charges were correct. Not impressed.Reviewed May 1 2021
