Your website would not distinguish between a 1 Way Rental, and a Return Rental. Why wouldn't your website just STATE THAT THEY DON'T HAVE 1 WAY RENTALS... Instead of reverting back to a Return Rental ? I had to pay a Lyft driver $50, then had to pay your competitor TWICE what I had confirmed on your website. The staff was helpful and pick up/drop off was easy. However, we reserved a small car and ended up with an extra cab pick up truck. I would have much preferred the vehicle I reserved. I do not usually drive a truck and navigating a large vehicle in a new city was not pleasant.Reviewed Oct 10 2024

Never got to use rental car. The worst experience I have ever had with a rental car company. Waited in line for over 2 hours and would have been another 2 hours to get near the front. I am 8 months pregnant and can’t wait in line for 4 hours. Avis and other companies under the same umbrella had NO line but refused to help despite my pleas. They wouldn’t even let me cancel my reservation and make a new one. Had to go to a competing company (Dollar) and rent a second car. Dollar took care of me in 10 minutes.Reviewed Oct 10 2024

There were only two employees to handle a line up of customers so we waited in line longer than we would have liked.
