Amazing customer service!
Pros: Getting to the Enterprise was fast and easy. Take the train to the rental car station and then a quick Enterprise shuttle bus takes you across the street. Two Enterprise a gents greeted us all as we were getting of the bus, assisting us with luggage and inviting us inside. There was absolutely no waiting to speak with an agent at the counter and one of the greeters handed out bottled water to those who wanted one. Then, your agent took you in to the connected garage where you went over the exterior of the car. Our agent also gave us some directions and pointed out some features of the car. We've never experienced such amazing customer service at a car rental office, it was truly amazing!

Pros: Was quick, effecient, and staff was very friendly. I was 3ven given a free upgrade which is always a bonus.
