All was fine except that they forgot to note that I changed my pickup time to 2 hours earlier. Nobody was there to rent me the car and I had to wait 45 minutes. Backed me up by 1 hour by the time they sanitized the car and I got on the road. Other than that, all was great.3.6 Poor
