Horrible service
Cons: Extra charges because the driver was not the name on the card even though I rented it in his name. Poor service because I didn't use their damage waiver since I bought insurance through Kayak

Very Satisfied
Pros: The car was ready when I arrived. I rented the car through Kayak and only paid $174 for 6 days with unlimited mileage. Drop off was quick and since I was able to leave my car there I was on my way home without having to get a ride.

Car ok service not so great
Pros: Car was fine. It no GPS.
Cons: Picked up car and a very stressed and grumpy regional manager gave us our car. He complained about new employees, electricity outage, problems with the printer and that making everything stressful. Wasn't a pleasant beginning to our car adventure dealing with someone who was so grumpy and didn't smile. After driving we noticed there was a lot of hair on the back ledge behind passenger seats.

Pros: Since the vehicle I was supposed to get was delayed while getting an oil change, I was upgraded to a Nissan Frontier. This vehicle was surprisingly very good.

Initially overcharged for a car with a strong blac
Pros: The car performed fine other than the odor. The delivery person was pleasant. The convenience of dropping the car at the airport was very nice.
Cons: The delivery of the car was slower than I would have expected. Was told 15 minutes and it was closer to 30. I was late to my appointment. The car had an awful smell of black cherry and cigarettes- we had to make the trip with the windows down. Noticed my credit card was charged 45.49 versus my Kayak receipt of 41.06. Had to call Enterprise. Their first response was that it was a road side assistance charge(that I did not agree to). I told them that sounds like a scam. They put me on hold then they agreed to take the charge off.
