Pros: Very friendly. Was able to pick up my car early which isn't always the case with smaller locations.

Assumed low tire pressure was due to weather - act
Pros: The pre-pickup experience included a reminder phone call and touchbase.
Upon picking up the car, the attendant informed me that the hazard light was on due to low tire pressure. The attendant falsely assumed this was due to cold external weather temps. He reset the tire pressures to 36 PSI.
After driving only 20 miles from the rental car facility, the front passenger tire was down to 20 PSI - clearly more than a external weather temperatures.
Upon calling Enterprise, we could not get in touch with the local field office and had to go through two call center reps to finally get help. They could not find us a new minivan AND we ended up having to take the car ourselves to a tire repair shop where it was confirmed there was a leak in the tire.
Overall, this was not a great start to our trip. The experience delayed us by over 5 hours and more importantly, it was unsafe.
While they did comp us a day for the inconvenience, it was a legitimate inconvenience and could've been rectified by not making a false assumption in the first place. I am thankful my family and I were not put in danger.
Cons: The guy who helped us was not friendly or warm and did the bare minimum required. He was also out washing cars as well as working the front desk which seems like they were a little thin on employees.

Cons: Wrong business hours on website - Sunday at Doylestown location.
