Intermediate SUV

KAYAK
Kayak or Hertz messed up my reservation. Took an Uber to the Hertz facility in single digit temperatures and was informed there were no cars available. Stranded and ended up walking to Enterprise (this was not an airport rental center. Paid for services I did not receive. Dissatisfied is an understatement. Will never use Kayak or Hertz again

called for emergency help and got disconnected 3x after over an hour on hold. needed to replace the car after a 10 hour ordeal with my wife and I in a tow truck in the opposite direction of our destination taking away 10 hours from my business trip. all due to a faulty steering column that no tech support person could fix. UGH!!! awful and I am 60 years old and this never happened before in leasing cars since I was 25.

I reserved a luxury vehicle almost 2 weeks in advance. I followed up with the store multiple times before my arrival to make sure they had something available. I was flying in from Arizona and was renting a car to drive back. The only car they had to offer me was a 4 cyl compact suv. That was not what I reserved. They were rude, unprofessional. I was not happy.

There was no car for me. All sold out. I could not believe that not body gave me a call at least. Try to reach Kayak and no one to answer. What kind of service is this.
