Staff was great.Car didn’t have great pickup on highways. It would be great if Enterprise could have the front windshield attachments for ez pass transponders. It’s impossible to use your personal transponder without it being attached to the windshield especially in Massachusetts.

Read the fine printthe ease of use on the app.The New York Tri state ban on debit card use for rental is a joke. I completely understand as a company Hertz is well within their rights to have such a policy but the very least they could do is put the policy in writing on the website. I arrived for my scheduled pick up time at 5:30 pm only to be told that even though it was good enough to hold the car I cannot use my debit card for the actual rental. Fortunately Enterprise in Westwood had no problem taking my business and any future rentals.

Employee complained that I was an hour too early, he was the only person working. He was taking reservations and cleaning and delivering the vehicles. Car was dirty in and out although he did make an attempt to vacuum and wipe down the interior. Worst Avis experience, I usually rent at the airport but the prices were ridiculous so I rented off site

Very nice car, very manageable. The staff was extremely pleasant and handling the not enough help situation very well!It took thirty plus minutes to get vehicle ready and get me on my way. i realize that they need more help. Only 2 people working at the counter. Not good!

CleanlinessThe price was a good value.The rental was not clean inside. I brought this to the attention of the representative. She did some cleaning but it wasn't enough. Poor quality service. I cleaned the car before I used it on my trip. This was the job of Avis.
