The staff was very friendly and even though I didn't get the car I reserved, I really liked the rental they gave me instead. It would be nice if dropping off could be more efficient, especially since the staff was already slammed with trying to help ppl who were picking up rentals for the weekend (they were working as fast as they can they deserve an award), so we were just kinda standing around until someone had time to check the car we were returning. But all in all a good experience and I would definitely recommend to others.

Didn't have my reservation when arrived. Tried to give me an electric car Chevy bolt even though I reserved an SUV. When I asked why they were very rude and combative. Asked to speak with manager and eventually he said he would provide an SUV but then waited an hour and had to go back up to the counter and finally just settled on a sedan that was available since there was still no SUV. Even though I heard them "upgrade" another customer for free to a rav 4 suv who came in after us.

I WASNT ABLE TO RENT WITHOUT A CREDIT CARD AND I DIDNT KNOW THIS! I still am waiting for my refund for a $50 charge through some rental insurance company….i hope I get that money back soon!

Pick up line was unreasonably long and you had too few workers. And serval customers in line before me had to come back to the counter after finishing up because of problems when they went to find their cars. So it took forever.

It was the worst experience ever. When reached there for the SUV that I booked, they did not have the SUV. They told us to wait till afternoon so that they may arrange it. But to our disappointment, they were never able to find it and constantly told me that I can use two Sedan rather than an 8 seater SUV. They ruined our trip and had to cancel hotel bookings. I would suggest always talk to the enterprise directly before booking but still there would be any guarantee that you would be able to rent a car. I would always prefer other options like touro

Everything was fantastic, smooth and comfortable! Renting through Kayak was easy. Picking up the rental easy and everyone was kind, patient, and professional. The rental wassuper nice! I definitely recommend the Kia Soul! It was a smooth ride up and down the mountains! Then, dropping of the car went just as well as picking it up! Everyone was so nice! Thank you!

The customer service at the pickup was not helpful. Told me that if I delivered the car a day before I would be refunded a day and was not like that. I only received a refund of $16. The website didn't show at the top that the car was electric. So I ended up changing the reservation because they didn't show how to charge it. I ended up paying more money. It was a disaster. Very disappointing. The worst service ever.

Horrible customer service. They never inspected the car when I picked it up. The car was old with 40,000+ miles on it and with all kinds of damages. After I dropped it off two days later, they charged me for a broken window.

Car, SUV, was fine and addressed our needs. We were disappointed in the lack of flexibility at customer service. We asked for a 3-4 hour extension to drop off so we didn't have to drive all day and into the night. They said any extension is charged at a full 24 hour rate even 5 minutes. Representative said he had no discretion on charge. We ended up just making drop off deadline but didn't have time to stop for gas. They charged $9.90 per gallon! Outrageous! I live in Tennessee and pay between $2.50 and $3.00 per gallon. If all rental companies do this, I will never rent for pleasure. I often rent in Europe and they are much more flexible in their rules and policies. I am an Avis Preferred member, but I did not feel preferred at Avis.

After waiting for 10 min they said my car wasn't available. Waited another 10 min and then canceled. Staff was not customer friendly and did not respond well to or resolve my complaints. When I said I was going to Alamo one staff member said"good luck" sarcastically.

Pickup was easy but later we discovered the driver side front lock did not work and when you started the car up and backed up, the brakes made an awful sound. Brought these to the attention of the manager when we brought the car back. They did an investigation but we have not heard back from them.

When I arrived at the airport to pick up my car there were almost 80 people in line with one person working the counter. It took me over an hour and a half to get to the desk. Will never do this again.

Cons:

Waited in line for an hour to get to the counter due to a lack of counter personnel. Hertz customers were getting their rentals with only a reasonable wait. Counter person sent us to the wrong space for our car. Found it using the remote

Staff was extremely friendly, however it was a hertz employee because you guys only had one representative. I felt bad because the line was long and a lot of ppl were upset at her but clearly it was not her fault.

Have more employees! An hour plus wait is unacceptable specially when some ppl have children.
