Pros: Staff was friendly.
Cons: I had originally reserved the f150, which is my daily driver at home. The gentleman talked me into a smaller vehicle. I should have stuck to my wants. The stereo does not have duplex sound, or I didn't know how to make it work. I could either have the radio or the GPS, not both. Pick up was super easy. Drop off for me, was not very clear and I had to ask directions. And I would have liked a phone mount. Not the car's fault. Lastly, I do not like the eco thing that shuts the engine off while in traffic. The car lurched every time when the light changed and I would let off the brake. Again, possibly a me thing but I did not enjoy this particular experience.
Pros: Both pick up and drop off were easy and the staff was very helpful.

Cons: Perhaps explain features like auto lane correct. Cool but I did not know what was going on. Also auto stop and warning. I never could in two weeks of rental use all aspects of cruise control. Impressive stuff there if you could fully utilize.
Pros: Please ask the staff questions. They are amazing to help you out and solve any concerns that you may have. Mr Shahid received me at Sac international allamo car rental facility and he made the rental process super simple and quick and I was on my way.

Pros: The staff was helpful, and service was quick. It was easy to find the car and head out onto the road. The price was great, and I would definitely do it again.
Cons: The car was overall clean, but looked to be rushed: crumbs were still stuck between the seat seams, residue of something sticky that dropped down the door, etc. It was also a bummer that the auxiliary function to connect our phones to the radio didn’t work. We had a long car ride ahead of us, and being able to play podcasts or music through the car would have been nice.

Cons: The car (Nissan Kicks) was mediocre. Extremely small gas tank made my road trip annoying.
Cons: Hassle at the pickup desk, extra fees and pressure to use their fill-up service and extra insurance, pressure to upgrade (“for only $24 per day more”). Wouldn’t take my credit card and charged at desk instead of through Kayak
