Didn't have my reservation when arrived. Tried to give me an electric car Chevy bolt even though I reserved an SUV. When I asked why they were very rude and combative. Asked to speak with manager and eventually he said he would provide an SUV but then waited an hour and had to go back up to the counter and finally just settled on a sedan that was available since there was still no SUV. Even though I heard them "upgrade" another customer for free to a rav 4 suv who came in after us.Reviewed Oct 27 2025

The person who rented the car to me assured me that the credit card I presented would only be used to put a hold on the rental but not pay for it. This was important as a different credit card was needed in order to rent the car without additional insurance. She turned out to be wrong. Luckily our rental was accident free so this mistake did not end up backfiring on us. It was distressing to me that she gave me the wrong information.Reviewed Nov 25 2024
