Pros: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - Marcus gave us a great deal on the rental.
Cons: The first vehicle we received had bald tires (not easily detectable due to ample fiberglass panels) - had to go well out of our way to conduct the exchange. The idea that this business had no telephone service for 2+ weeks baffles us and also added a healthy layer of challenge to our entire transaction.

Pros: DID NOT LIKE FLYING INTO SAC IIRPORT AND NOT AT AIRPORT HAVING TO TAKE TAXI TO MADISON COSTING $ 60.00 IF I GOT AT AIRPORT THEY WOULD CHARGE $ 60.00 AND WOULD HAVE TO BUY THEIR INSURANCE AND I PRE PAYED INSURANCE
Cons: THEY GAVE A CAR TO AIRPORT AT FIRST SAID WOULD HAVE TO TAKE TAXI BUT HERTZ MADE IT RIGHT

Poor customer service
Pros: Location was close to our office
Cons: Customer service was poor. We were accused of doing damage to the rental even after another field employee at the rental office said that the damage had been existing. The rental office had tried to hide it with an obvious caulking repair not evident when the car was picked up. Office personnel had very poor customer service skills.

Pros: They did help me but resevation was at a different location than the airport. So i had to pay an up charge and wait for an hour for a car.
