Didn’t get the 12 passenger I booked. Was given a pickup truck and everyone was cramped and uncomfortable. The pickup drove smooth but no room. Was very disappointed because I booked 2 weeks in advance and didn’t get what I wanted.Reviewed Jan 29 2026

Even though I'd reserved a car a couple months in advance and already paid, they didn't have any cars available when I went to pick it up. We ended up using Uber all weekend because it was 2.5x as expensive to rent a car from another agency day of as what I'd originally spent.Reviewed Jan 19 2026
