Our first car had a broken key fob. Returned it and they tried to give me a smaller car that didn't fit everything we had to carry. Had to push for what I rented (mid-sized SUV) but was eventually acommodated. Car was nice, new and clean. Only other issue was the toll pass, they charged me $29 in convenience fees for $16 worth of tolls which is ridiculous.Reviewed Apr 14 2026

We ordered a premium smaller vehicle and when we picked it up, they said they needed to send someone upstairs to go get our vehicle and bring it down. We waited 45 minutes and asked people about it 3 times before we finally got our car. And when we did, the car was not ever upstairs. It was sitting right behind the booth, in the lot with everything else. They were just so disorganized they didn’t know it. There was also only one person there helping people. So we watched several other people have to wait very long wait times just to speak to the person to get their car. And this was in the garage, not in the office.Reviewed Oct 23 2024

Terrible, after I dropped off the car and asked the representative if everything was okay. She then asked me if any accidents, I replied no. And she said all good. Later that day, to find out that I am being charged $400. For washing fee. Turns out it's for smoking. I do not SMOKE at all, so the fact that this company is charging me on something that I have not done. It may have been a mistake on there end but until then, this is ridiculous and hope to get this settled.Reviewed Jun 30 2024
