The pick up was very slow and painful. There was not enough urgency or staff at Miami airport. What staff were there were too interested in saying hello to each other and not being keen to deal with the queue. The drop off was fast but we were sure or clear what the process wasReviewed Jul 18 2026

Pickup was a disaster. Their system went down for about 30 minutes during check in, so their staff was paralyzed. The line continued to grow. It took about 90 minutes to finally get my vehicle.Reviewed Apr 3 2026

Pickup of car was very smooth and quick ...also I had an issue with the first vehicle I got as the tires where completely flat so I had to return the vehicle for an exchange ...the lady at the Fort Lauderdale airport that helped me with the exchange was very accommodating and nice about setting me up in a different vehicle.Reviewed Apr 9 2025

While the car itself met my expectations, my experience at the counter was disappointing. The representative added services like Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) and Additional Liability Insurance (ALI) without my consent or explanation. This resulted in unexpected charges that I only noticed later. Transparency at the counter needs significant improvement to ensure customers are fully informed about what they are signing.Reviewed Dec 17 2024

They assigned our rental car to us and another customer from Budget. We came back to the desk and they assigned us to another car only had 2 bucket seats in the back which would not work with the baby car seat. They then gave us the Ford Explore and when we drove out to the gate to leave, the attendant said the paperwork was not right. The representative never input the Ford Explore in the system. We spent more than an hour straightening the mess out and finally we were on our way back to the west coast. It was not an enjoyable experience.Reviewed Oct 28 2024
