When we got to the car rental place they said there wasn't any cars, we explained that we booked through Expedia and the last was very rude to us. Pros:We arrived with 4 large bags weighing over 250lbs only to be told they were “out of cars” and they had no idea when more would be available. Didn’t matter at all that we had an existing reservation for an SUV. This caused us major disruption to our trip and a lot of stress. It forced us to take an expensive Uber to our destination and rent a car at a different location at a much higher prices. Will not be booking with Kayak or Dollar again. Cons:We booked through Expedia. My ratings are, by default, "Poor" because we had to cancel our trip due to unforseen complications, we tried multiple times to get ahold of Expedia, and each of the affiliated sites for car rentals.
