We had reserved a car through Ace via Kayak...confirmation number, etc. When our plane landed in NYC, we received a text saying that a vehicle wouldn't be available for 2-3 hours after our confirmed pick up time. I was overcharged approximately $370 for the insurance because it didn't specify that it would be 3 times the amount when not purchasing online Windows weren't clean, windshield wipers were old and could barely see when it rained at night.
