Line was long, I book my car for 12 but by the time i get my car it was 2pm, they never have the car I booked for, I booked a RAV-4 and they gave me a small sedan, they offered me other car that was smells and some some car the key doesn’t work properly.Reviewed May 9 2024

The pick up drop off experience was horrible. Especially when dropping the car back off. The guy had AirPods in on the phone and they didn’t say a single word to me just waved me on. When we arrived to pick up our car, the line was long and slow-moving. The man working the desk called an employee to find out when they were coming to work. That was not an appropriate conversation to have in front of customers. I also wanted money on a minimum protection plan when I made the reservation. When I picked up the car, they informed me I had to have full coverage so I had to pay for another protection plan.Reviewed Mar 25 2024

Staff was very friendly. I wish they would credit you for the days if you brought the car back early like we did. We had rented it because a car was in the shop. The shop finished 2 days before they thought but I was stuck with paying the rental even if I took it back soonerReviewed Mar 10 2024

I didn’t end up renting the car they offered was dirty, had a maintenance reminder and Ponte gauge light on. This car has not been prepped in any way it seems so I didn’t end up renting it. Didn’t feel it would be safe to drive it.Reviewed Dec 17 2023

The first car we rented would not lock. We bought a new battery for the key fob, but unfortunately that did not work. We drove the thirty miles back to the rental company to get a new car. They wanted to charge us for gas. The man waiting on us claimed all he had was a pick up truck. When I told him all the inconsistent statements he had made then he gave us a challenger that smelled like pot. He was very shady. When we returned the car we did not have any problems and the lady that waited on us was very nice. The price was very good.Reviewed Dec 14 2023
