While the service team was good...
Pros: Only the price and that it was on time.
Cons: The car was filthy, with soiled seats and cigarette burns. I noticed it did not have a full tank of gas and had another patron's receipt and personal information. Since the manager of the store (it's closed) is not theresponsible on Sundays, I could not simply drop the car off. I don't feel like paying for gas I didn't use. I took pictures of the odometer/gas gauge immediately after renting it because whike the gas was seemed low, it was digitalike and hard to read. I took pictures of the stained seats and burn marks. I didn't want to drive the car because of the smell.

Great service, friendly staff.
Pros: They made my morning easier.
Cons: The price, but were all broke in this world.

Pros: I got a free upgrade to a larger vehicle because it was my birthday! Pickup took a bit longer and was slightly less straightforward than I would have preferred, but overall I had a good experience with my rental.

Very disappointed with Enterprise
Cons: Closed at noon so we had to change our reservation to the airport the next day because they are not open on Sunday. Worked everything our on the phone only to show up the next day back at the airport and have to speak with the horrifying manager, only to end up paying more than agreed upon on the phone. Icing on the cake: When they asked me why I didn't go to the other location 1 mile away and get a car the previous day, I just about lost it. I asked the guy on the 800 number and he said going back to the airport was the only option. Then they told me the airport was more expensive and tried to charge me an extra $400 before finally talking them down to an extra $110. Then the horrible told me to take it or leave it and wouldn't even add my girlfriend on the policy for no extra charge
