PDX has rental pick ups left unmarked, leaving you guessing where to go. When you finally get to Thrifty, you then will likely have to leave your stuff and go back downstairs. They didn’t give me the car I requested, and because of it I ran out of miles before my destination. I had to stop to charge the EV - it cost me $50 to get enough juice to get me to where I was going, and then Thrifty charged me again for being undercharged. Terrible experience.Reviewed Dec 9 2023
