Pros:Staff was friendly and pickup and drop off was also fast and easy.Cons:We were told we got the last full size car which would have been a huge problem since we had 4 people and lots of luggage. So thankful they didn’t try to give us a smaller car.Reviewed May 24 2021

Pros:Staff was exceptional. I was assisted checking in at a kiosk and probably did it in less than five minutes. At the drop off, I was done in about the same time. I should have taken longer because I left my prescription glasses in the car. But they found them and contacted me before id even had time to file a claim.Cons:I dislike the USB connection in the car (I know: a manufacturer’s problem). The unit never communicated adequately with my iPhone, wouldn’t display my map, and insisted on playing my music in alphabetical order, starting over each time I started the car.Reviewed Oct 18 2019

Cons:After driving away from the airport and turning down the high level of A/C set by the Enterprise, we smelled Cigarette SMOKE in the car and there were soiled spots on the back seat. I called and got a reference #.Reviewed Jun 19 2019

Super service, would have chosen a different car iPros:Pick-up and drop off were quick and easy, price was good, zero wait time for the shuttle.Cons:Jeep Compass' seats provided little lumbar support, gas mileage was not very good.
