My reservation pricing details were vastly different than my confirmation ($1100+ vs $400+). Was told the manager would fix it in the system before I got to the representative who clears you to leave in the parking lot. That didn’t happen and I had to go back inside for 20 more mins to get it cleared up. They said it was all good however, now I’m being charged an additional $80 over the initial price. Rental cars shouldn’t be this complicated. Now I have to spend more time calling to get this fixed.Reviewed Aug 5 2025

The vehicle we rented was due for an oil change so every time you started the van the alert for the oil change would ping. Windows on the vehicle were so smeared you could barely see out with sun glare.Reviewed Mar 21 2025

Pros:Drop off was fairly quick.Cons:The “wildcard special” while the desk agent claimed to have a “full fleet” of vehicles was not so much a wildcard as your choice in color of your Chevy Spark. Would be less disappointed and more accurate to just call it a compact or budget rental than “wildcard special”.Reviewed Apr 30 2021

Cons:We waited over an hour in the Maui heat trying to get our car. Not enough agents to help out the 20+ customers in line. Once we got to the desk, our agent was courteous and helpful. Your policy of charging extra for an additional driver is just wrong and not appreciated. Our car was ok but had been hosed down and was wet inside as well as outside.Reviewed Apr 26 2021

Pros:Staff was ok. Drop off easy.Cons:Cars are extremely overpriced right now I believe Hawaii is making up for what they lost in revenue during the Covid restrictions. To pay $1400 for one week versus $300 like we used to seems pretty ridiculous.
