Pros:Staff was friendly. Car was great! Price is great!Cons:It took longer than expected to get the car. There was a line. Very busy place it seems. Gas tank was empty at pick up, but they marked it empty, and said they'd credit back some $$ if there was gas in tank at return. Options were very minimal. worst rental company everCons:I chose a satellite office because I had transportation from the airport and it was walking distance from my lodging. When I arrived they didn't have a ca for me and they told me it was because I was late. Since I really didn't need it until the next day I offered to come back in the morning and we agreed on 10:30. I arrived at 10:15 because I didn't want to be late. They didn't have a car for me and said one was on the way if I could come back in an hour or so. I had breakfast and came back and still no car. I then vented a bit and cancelled my reservation and chose another rental car company.Reviewed Sep 13 2016

Pros:From the beginning to the end these folks rocked. Because our orignal was not quite yet ready when we arrived, we recieved an upgrade free. The car we got was perfect. We put on some serious miles and never once had a problem. When we arrived early to return our car on of the guys happily called a taxi for us on his personal phone. No hiďden charges and no hard sell for insurance and extras. Great place. Save yourself a bunch of money and take a taxi from the airport to this location.Reviewed Sep 8 2016
