Pros:Quick and friendly service. The service center was off site so you were picked up from the airport from their shuttle service but there wasn’t a line and check in and out was super fast compared to those poor people waiting in the airport lines.Cons:It was a little confusing on where to find the shuttle to get to Fox but once I just asked someone we were pointed in the right direction.Reviewed Jul 8 2021

Pros:We got a brand new car, so that was nice and reliable.Cons:Not enough shuttles. And the one(s) we caught a ride in we’re run down. Along with the building. I also got charged more upon arrival, even though I booked through Kayak and paid what I thought was all of it through there. The shuttle pick up/ drop off location is a little difficult to locate at the new airport and Fox’s automated system is not updated where to locate it.Reviewed Jul 7 2021

Pros:Nothing.Cons:This was by far the worst traveling experience ever for us. It started when Delta changed our flights so we were going to get in much later than I originally booked. Turns out there is no way to get in contact with the local branch, you can only speak to a national number. They refused to hold the car we rented longer than three hours. I called probably seven times and spoke to seven very unhelpful and some extremely rude people. The only way to remedy this was for Delta to change our flights to get us in on time to pick up the car, which thankfully they were able to do. On arrival in SLC, we waited over 30 minutes for a shuttle. At checkin, they would not add my spouse as a secondary driver unless we paid a high fee, even though it appears state law allows a spouse for free. The car we received was wrecked, with the bumper knocked out of place on both sides with the hood unable to close properly. The car was filthy and full of dings, dents and scratches. I told the woman at the counter the car wasn’t necessarily safe to drive. She told me when you book with Fox you aren’t getting quality, just a good rate. Upon return, we waited another 30 minutes for a shuttle back to the airport.Reviewed Jun 25 2021

Cons:Rental car had lots of small issues (unsafe tire on passenger front - damage to sidewall), 4wd light on, also passenger rear corner light broken prior to pickup. Employees were excellent though!Reviewed Jun 21 2021

Pros:staff was discourteous, fast ineffecient, downright terrible, worst car renting experience in my career. liked nothing. only one suv avialible it was not cleaned properly, fries still on the floor had to wait for it to be cleaned and it was unclean when we got it.both pickup and dropoff was terrible. upon retiurn the shuttle driver, got off the shuttle and gruffly said , stay here, im going home.Cons:everthing, do not rent from fox, go anywhere else, even if you have to pay more.Reviewed Jun 9 2021
