Pros: The car was in great condition, the price was great, and the after-hours drop off was super simple.
Cons: The car wasn't completely ready to go when I showed up and had to wait a few minutes while the guy got it ready. but it wasn't really a big deal.
Pros: Staff very friendly and efficient. My free upgrade several tiers due to availability was nice! Paid for a basic economy, got a sweet HEMI truck!
Cons: I received a confirmation call 10 minutes after my scheduled time for pickup, which then took another 15 minutes for the driver to arrive. I would have called in to confirm, but the voicemail I received the day before said, "No need to call in or anything if it's all good." So I didn't.
Pros: The car was good. Gas mileage wasn't the best but I was pleased overall with the car. They also have a great drop-off policy that allows you to drop-off anywhere in the downtown area.
Cons: The shenanigans pulled by the rental agency was crazy. I signed up for car rental at $144 for the week with a Tuesday drop off. On the preceding Friday I received a call from Kara asking where's the car? I told her I had it until Tuesday. She told me no and I was being charged $265 for the week. When I told her that wasn't the case she told me that she didn't believe me and she wasn't going to take my word for it. Unless I send her a receipt I was SOL. So I did! Sent it to her personal email as she requested. After that, didn't hear a word back until I dropped off the car and they tried to charge me another $52 for an extra day. I won't take up more time with that mess but they finally dropped the additional phony extra charge. I have used Enterprise many, many, many times in the past and have never had a bad experience until now.

Cons: It was very crowded at the designated pick up time, 5-6 people ahead of me. They only had 2 people working, so we decided to leave and come back. No waiting this time. Obviously this is not something they can necessarily control
Easiest pickup ever, but car had some issues
Pros: The service was good at pick up. Had two cars to choose from and was on my way quickly.
Cons: We were plagued with on screen warnings about tire pressure. We stopped at a tire dealer and they checked all tires, replaced a faulty valve but told us everything was fine. We continued to see warnings so took it to another tire dealer. They told us that Enterprise had probably rotated tires but had not recalibrated. Ugh...was very annoying and worrisome since we were traveling in very remote areas.
Pros: Fast and very friendly service.
Easy and Nice Vehicle.
Pros: High quality, clean vehicle (mini-van rental). Pick-up was easy, friendly staff at the location (non-airport location). The gentleman seemed genuinely concerned that we have a clean, nice vehicle.
Cons: I received a call ahead of time asking me to return a call to confirm the rental...I confirmed it when I rented it and wasn't looking to do more. Also, there was 3/4 of a tank at pick-up, which is how they expect it returned. I just wish it was mandatory that it's a full tank when returned. It makes it much simpler so I don't have to guess "how much to get it to 3/4 tank".
Pros: Service was fast and congenial. Overall, a very good value.
Cons: The Hyundai Elantra is very noisy at highway speeds. It's road noise that made me wear ear plugs while on my 500 mile road trips. Gas mileage was great, as I averaged over 39 mpg.
Pros: People are excellent customer service agents.Gas mileage was awesome. Driving was fun.
Cons: Rear window on that make of car collects rain hard to see of...wouldnt but this car. Also the sound system sucked.
Cons: They rented me a car to be picked up in a distant suburb of Portland rather than the airport as requested. Luckily I caught this fact and cancelled the rental.
The location of the pick up point was not clearly described and disclosed at the time the reservation was made.
Kayak booked wrong location

Cons: When I reserved this car I put in PDX as the pickup and drop off location. I arrived at the airport only to be told that I was at the wrong Enterprise location and that I would have to take a taxi to get there. I will never book through Kayak ever again.
