Pros: People are excellent customer service agents.Gas mileage was awesome. Driving was fun.
Cons: Rear window on that make of car collects rain hard to see of...wouldnt but this car. Also the sound system sucked.

Pros: Service was fast and congenial. Overall, a very good value.
Cons: The Hyundai Elantra is very noisy at highway speeds. It's road noise that made me wear ear plugs while on my 500 mile road trips. Gas mileage was great, as I averaged over 39 mpg.

Easy and Nice Vehicle.
Pros: High quality, clean vehicle (mini-van rental). Pick-up was easy, friendly staff at the location (non-airport location). The gentleman seemed genuinely concerned that we have a clean, nice vehicle.
Cons: I received a call ahead of time asking me to return a call to confirm the rental...I confirmed it when I rented it and wasn't looking to do more. Also, there was 3/4 of a tank at pick-up, which is how they expect it returned. I just wish it was mandatory that it's a full tank when returned. It makes it much simpler so I don't have to guess "how much to get it to 3/4 tank".

Enterprise: The car that won't pick you up
Cons: I rented a car, reservation confirmed, only to have them tell me they could not rent to me when I showed up due to some obscure charge for $114 from 4 years ago. They could not tell me what the charge was, nor let me pay it to get the car. They said their accounting department had to fix it and that they were closed on the weekends (when they do their most business). They made me walk 4 blocks in the pouring rain with my luggage to Avis who did not have any cars to rent. I then had to Uber back to the airport, and pay 3x the original rate from Hertz. On top of all that, Enterprise still billed me for the car I never rented.

Pros: They called as I was pulling up to say that they did not have a car for me and would not until at least three hours after my scheduled pick up. they ended up canceling the reservation for me. Very disappointing.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful, both on pickup and return.
Cons: The car I took, a Dodge Journey, was less than acceptable. Not only was the transmission going out, but the bluetooth didn't function. In addition, the USB port in the car wasn't working either. Besides not being able to play my music, and since we were out in the country, this posed a little bit of a problem, but far more significantly, I wasn't able to recharge my phone. This became a major issue because during the middle of a trek, I lost the use of my phone's navigation.
With the exception of the transmission, the lack of a working bluetooth and USB port seem insignificant. However, as explained, they weren't. I had expected a car in good running condition, which I failed to get.

Pros: Enterprise was great changing the rental from an inconvenient location to a convenient one. Also let me drop it off closer to my hotel to get a ride back.
Cons: When I tried to get picked up to get the rental Enterprise was not answering the phone.
Cons: The place where we were supposed to pick up our car closed 30 mins early. This forced us to go to another location - 20 mins away - to pick up the car and also pay AN ADDITIONAL $5 since it was from an airport. It was either pay the $5 or forfeit the rental.
The customer service rep even asked if I was sure if the place was closed. Yes, pitch black office with a locked gate.
Cons: Get there told there is a $200 deposit so deposit $200 into my account go back to Hertz then they tell me they are charging me for an extra day. $70!!!!!! The peopke were less than sympathetic just saying it's not iur fault ut is Kayak. I didnt end up renting the car and will never uae kayak or hertz again ever!!
