Surprisingly Excellant
Pros: Dealing with everyone at the Norwalk location was outstanding from initial contact to pickup and afterwards. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Was surprised to learn that spouse could drive vehicle at no extra cost as other rental companies. Also that toll charges had no additional fees attached. Will use Enterprise again.
Perfect service and a good clean car
Pros: The car was ready and waiting when we arrived. The staff were super-helpful and friendly. The paperwork was minimal and the explanations were clear. I will happily rent from this Enterprise location again.
