Cons: Can't complain, but still do. Not here, great, efficient service and bang for your buck. In n out, like a burger.

Terrible Hours
Pros: Quick drop off
Cons: Not open at all on Sundays, so I had to leave work on Monday to bring it back. I would never have booked with Enterprise if I had known that was the case. The person who checked me in said it was due to security concerns...but it's a car rental company. How much does a drop box cost?

A Joke
Cons: Holiday rental for a compact car for 1 day quoted at $237 when calling Oceanside Enterprise directly...then booking through Kayak we were quoted $97 so we confirmed. 1 hour after confirmation, call from the Oceanside Enterprise stating that they would place us on a waiting list. When I asked what # the representative said 3rd and it was highly unlikely that he would have a car, No options or other solutions. Rip off I feel they definitely wanted to hold out for the higher price rental especially since I had called the same location an hour before and was quoted the $237 price.

Very disappointed
Pros: We rented a car online and I was given a confirmation number. The car was supposed to be picked up at 10 a.m. the following day which was Saturday. On Saturday morning at 9a.m. Enterprise called us and told us that they had no cars available. It really messed up the whole the day as we had an important engagement out of town. We will never deal or do business with Enterprise again nor recommend them .

Pros: They upgraded me from an economy to a midsize for free and military discount on top. I can't complain about the price. And for that I give them a 5
Cons: My one complaint is that my windows were pretty dirty when I picked up the car.
