Didn't have the car I reserved
Cons: I reserved a Kia compact. They didn't have it or any other compact or economy. I got a Dodge Challenger - not a comfortable car for a short person. They offered a couple other cars (Kia Sportage or Nissan Sentra) for more money each day - not acceptable. They did call a couple days later and said they would see if something else was available, but then there was no followup after that.
When I returned the Challenger at the end of the rental, they offered a free upgrade and gas on my next rental at that location. Hard to say if I will rent there again.
Pros: The friendly and helpful staff, along with clean vehicles.
Cons: I think the charge for the deposit is a little steep but I can understand why they do it.
Very good rental experience
Pros: The vehicle I picked up was as described and clean. The price was very competitive compared to other companies/locations. I would rent from this location again.
Typically good Enterprise service
Pros: The pick-up even though I was quite far from their location and speed through the check in.
Cons: A little too much pressure to buy the vehicle coverage
