Pros:Staff not unfriendly, but not friendly either.Cons:Seems like I ALWAYS have to wait to pick up my rental - an opportunity for improvement. Another suggestion is for staff to go over basic functions of the vehicle before turning it over to driver (e.g., all audio functions, locations of 12V/USB/Bluetooth ports, gear shift function, adjustment for lights, wipers, mirrors, sun roof/shade, etc . New vehicles have so many new features and moved/redesigned standard features that it is overwhelming for a lot of older drivers.Reviewed Nov 29 2020

Pros:NothingCons:I wasn't even able to get a rental from enterprise because they told me last minute that they needed a credit card instead of a debit card even if it could be run as a credit card which left me carless. I wish they would have told me that from the beginning. I will never book with them again. It is unreasonable especially since they are more likely to get their money through a debit card. They weren't even willing to work with me at all and told me to go somewhere else so I got additional insurance coverage for no reason.Reviewed Jun 7 2020

Pros:Staff at pick up was very helpful, but it was one guy with a long line and broken printers. Took awhile to get out of the garage.Cons:Receipt would not print or come via email so was stuck in the garage for 20 mins.Reviewed Jan 4 2020
