Nice help with everything
Pros: I particularly liked the overall openness and energy of the desk agent working with us. She was smart, clear, efficient and fun. Agent who provided us with car overview at the garage continued with the great support found down stairs and seemed to want to accept full responsibility if we had any difficulty with the vehicle. I liked the Fusion that we were assigned.

Worst customer service ever!
Pros: Nothing...they didn't honor the contract!
Cons: The confirmation states that the rental agency is "on airport" but in fact was not. The Enterprise location that is on the airport wouldn't honor the contract, but would rent me a vehicle for hundreds more than the agreed upon price. After a $60 cab ride across town to the [not really] "on airport" rental agency, we arrived to find their office closed at 2:00 pm on Saturday afternoon. Really? Who does that? Found a car available through Budget for the weekend (another $160 I hadn't planned to spend) and then called Enterprise the first thing Monday morning and they no longer had a car for me. This was by far the most frustrating car rental experience of my life, and I hope Enterprise and Kayak will respond to try to address this.

High-end Mini Van at a Great Price!!
Pros: We were pleasantly surprised to receive a higher-end mini-van with leather seats & luxury touches. We felt the price was excellent! We only use Enterprise--they always treat us right!!

Very Poor Customer Service
Cons: We arrived at the airport to pick up our car at 5:15pm. We were told our car rental was off site (which we were not aware of). The Enterprise agent at the airport called the Enterprise location. We requested a guest pick up; we were told we would not be picked up. We decided to take a cab to that location; we were told they were closing and they would not be open for our rental car pick up. We rented a car at the airport from another rental car agency.
