Quick & Easy Drop Off
Pros: Very quick and easy drop off place. Then got a quick ride to the terminal.
Cons: It was hard to find the drop off site by GPS so we had to rely on signs alone. Upon exiting, the road split and it didn't tell us which one to take so we had to ask for directions. Other than that, it was fine.

Poor Customer Service
Pros: Unlimited Mileage
Cons: It took almost 30 minutes to get someone to wait on us at the SEATAC airport.

The Nissan Versa was not in great shape!
Pros: I liked the compact vehicle that was easy to park and was very efficient in gas consumption.
Cons: The Nissan Versa was not in great shape, with a missing driver's side mirror and it was very wobbly on the road at freeway speed.

Pretty good car and excellent service
Pros: The staff was great, they upgraded me to a larger car, which was in great shape and ran well. I am a hard-core Enterprise renter and they always come through with a positive experience
Cons: Car smelled like cigarettes and windshield wipers were old so didn't work great

Pros: This was the smoothest rental I've ever gotten in my 15 years of renting cars. Quick at the counter, quick with the person at the car and quick out of the gate. When I returned the vehicle it was just as snappy. Everyone was super friendly as well.

Pros: I got a 4x4 (high) for a decent price. They upgraded me and the car still had 4x4. I needed it, I was able to get to my destinations safely and on time, through snow and ice. All the people were very helpful, friendly, and reasonably responsive. It was super easy to pickup and drop off. Super easy to get the stamp to drive into Canada. They found my belongings I forgot in the car and are mailing them to me.
Cons: It needed an oil change while I was on my trip. I was not able to get this done and let it slide. The windshield washer fluid didn't always work. At times this left me so blinded with mud that I pulled over and washed the windshield with snow. When it did work, it blinded me for a moment. Car's problem, not Enterprise. I don't like that they hold an extra 20% on my credit. But it didn't actually affect me, so no big deal.

Easy to use
Pros: Very friendly consumer service. Drop off was easy too as instructions were included (no one was there to greet me but instructions were clear).

Pros: Quick service
Cons: The offered me the prepaid gas but I jut used 1/8 of a tank and still had to pay the full tank, she didn't explain all the details and I never rent a car from enterprise again.

Cons: This is not a comment about Enterprise, they were great. SEATAC car rental area, while conveniently in one area, is not clearly marked re: where to go to pick up the auto.

Pros: Upon returning my car on Monday morning, 11/8, I was treated by Tony Corona. He was efficient, friendly and helpful by offering directions to get me to the terminal as quickly as possible. I find it refreshing to still see employees of any company that actually talk to the customer....well done!
Cons: Completely satisfied.

Quick and Easy!
Pros: This was my second rental from enterprise in a couple of weeks and I was again provided with fast, friendly customer service. I walked in the door and had my car within 5 minutes. I was also about to choose which model I wanted and it was all for an incredible price! The return was just as easy! I drove in and was on the shuttle to my flight in record time.

Overall a good experience
Pros: Great gas mileage, plenty of power, and clean.
Cons: No keyless entry remote. First time that's happened for me.

Exorbitant cost to ship back item left in car
Pros: Car was good, service on site was good.
Cons: Passenger left a camera in the car. I was charged $71 to ship the camera back to its owner in Canada. My credit card was charged before checking with me on the shipping cost first. This was as much as the entire weekend car rental! I would have appreciate a call before proceeding with the shipping charge. I would have had the camera shipped to me in the US otherwise or asked for cheaper shipping options. I was a bit surprised because Enterprise prides themselves on great customer service. This was a miss, in my opinion.

A quite pleasant experience at the Seattle-Tacoma
Pros: Very quick service - the automated Kiosk is one of the better ones I experienced. Personnel was friendly and courteous and professional about the cars. Price was outstanding for a full size sedan.
Cons: At this particular location and at the particular time and date and turnover of cars at the lot very fast, and selection of a particular class of vehicles appeared to be limited for that reason. Nevertheless, we were happy with the Nissan Altima as a full size sedan selection.

Pros: Car was clean and ready. I was an hour early and no problems
Cons: Initially they said they rate was different than my original reservation, I didn't mention anything and waited. When I dropped off the car theto charged the correct rate without me saying a word. And my reservation or something was through a different system at the pickup so others were being helped whIle I continued to wait for some 2.0 reservation system. Confusing for me and the staff it seemed.

2 hour wait
Pros: My wife and I arrived at Seattle at 11:00pm , Enterprise was closed and they steered all the customers to Alamo , we made our reservations for a car days before , unfortunately all that was for nouthing, it was like we were new customers at Alamo , all the enterprise customers had to rent from Alamo, the only good thing that came out everything was that Alamo honored the price from the reservation.

Disappointed- SEA-TAC to Vancouver
Cons: I rented the car to get from Seattle to Vancouver- they gave me a tiny compact Nissan because it had Canadian plates-yet still charged me an additional $200 for returning it for them. They should have at least removed the drop-off fee- or given me the car that I had originally selected.

One Way from SEA to PDX
Pros: Got a Versa Note SV; had Bluetooth and good MPG. Enough power for one person. Easy Rental, Personalized Service.
Cons: The car wasn't super comfortable for the long drive, but it's sort of expected.
