Could NOT find reservation
Pros: The counter person at Seattles airport could not find our reservation and was Not helpful. My phone battery died during the flight so I had to charge my phone to get the reservation number and then she would not accept the rate we were quoted by KAYAK.
Cons: I did not like her attitude or the fact they could not find reservations thru third party agents by name. She had very poor customer service skills

Pros: Two people who made my experience great were the ones who checked me in and out.
Cons: Managers of the person who checked me.in. They were not flexible with the options.

Check your car thoroughly
Cons: Leaving Seattle everything seemed fine, entering Portland, the pickup guy said a *tiny* scratch at the bottom of the driver-side windshield would require replacing the whole thing. I'm pretty certain that the scratch was there when I left, but if I hadn't paid for damage coverage they would have charged me for the whole windshield. Very shady.

Picking up away from the airport to save money
Pros: We chose to take a half hour uber ride to pick up our car in order to save some money. Here is what I learned: At a more remote site, despite being promised a small four-door car, all they had were pick- up trucks and a fiat. There would have been many more choices at the airport. We started with the fiat and had to go back and swap the next day because the storage area in a fiat will accommodate a toothbrush and not much more. They tried to charge me for an upgrade, but backed down very easily without me getting angry, and we drove a very comfortable minivan for the duration of our trip.

Any detail of rental car fee
Pros: I have not received any detail of rental car fee. When I booked on the Internet, it was only 96$ for two days. I picked up the car and the fee was 114$. But my credit car showed that the fee was 154$. So I need the detail of fee. Thank you.

Pros: Very pleasant staff. Car had a few issues maintenance warning went on 2 days into trip windshield fluid empty but nothing too serious

Fantastic customer service
Pros: Do yourself a favor and take the time to go to this location. The customer service was spectacular! They called a fewhile days prior to make sure I still needed the rental and asked if there were any changes I wanted to make. They even called a day into my rental and asked how I liked my rental! RENT HERE!!!

Cons: Car"s interior was dirty, looked old and not maintained Car's exterior was in poor condition Very few car options at pickup site Customer service was lacking Fuel gage was less than 1/4 of a tank; required a relatively immediate stop to refuel

Pros: Great job from start to finish. They couldn't pick me up because their drivers were out to lunch, so they paid for a cab to transport me to their location. Car I selected was not ready so they gave me a SUV upgrade. The car was brand new with only 19 miles on it. When I returned the car two days later, they sent me to the cruise ship in a shuttle van.

These people were great!
Pros: They picked me up at the train station, were friendly and did what they said they were going to do. There were no surprises and everything was easy.

Very nice service
Pros: I reserved a rental car in Enterprise in Seattle. When I got out from my cruise ship and took a shuttle bus to the downtown Enterprise, I realized that I might head to a different Enterprise branch where I did not reserve a car. In fact, this downtown Enterprise originally did not accept drop-off car in a difference place. After the bus driver talked to the supervisor of the downtown Enterprise, I was promised to be OK to have a rental car in the downtown Enterprise in Seattle and return it to the Oregon Airport. I received an exceptional service and had a very happy experience. Thanks to Enterprise. Alex in St. Louis

Pros: Drop-off agent made a bill correction due to a timing issue (I wouldn't have been a happy customer otherwise).
Cons: This is out of Enterprise's control, but the path to get to the rental car drop-off area is... confusing, to say the least. Perhaps I was just getting there from an odd direction.

Read the fine print
Pros: Service at the enterprise counter was amazing. Brianna was great!
Cons: When I made the reservation, I assumed pickup would be at Seattle airport. Kayak receipt did not say that the pickup would be downtown .... Or maybe I did not read the fine print. Had to pay more, but enterprise was great about it. I fault kayak for the misleading information. Let customers know in bold print where pickup will be. It would save a lot of aggravation. Thank you.

Pros: Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Pickup process was easy.
Cons: Returning after closing hours was slightly confusing only because the parking lot was completely full -- had to do some maneuvering in order to successfully get into the parking lot. Not a huge issue overall though. Price for the day was more than I would've liked, but in the end it was worth it.

Pros: good low price
Cons: My search criteria were for an airport, but my reservation was at an offsite location. A bit surprising for me upon arrival since a baggage delay caused me to be unable to arrive within business hours. Fortunately, the quotation was usable at the airport location.

The air conditioning was not working on the first
Cons: We took a trip from Seattle WA for about 4 hours out then next day 4 hours back during the day light on the hottest day they had this years and that was over the mountains when we came off the mountain the temp Gage inside the car read 91 so the whole time the ac was not working so what do you think it was kinda rough hunk . the same day the gave us a difference van to see us thru with a full tank but maybe they should of given us something more but what I don't know.

Cons: Extra charge for picking up and returning the car in different states, even though, according to the license plate, I was returning the car to the state it was registered in.

Cons: The driver seat was stained -- which was the only reason why the downgrade from 'excellent'. Everything else, including customer service at pick up and drop off, was excellent.

Enterprise employee talked down to me
Cons: Started to drive away and could not turn off dome light. 2 Enterprise persons were cleaning other cars. I asked one of them to see if he could assist. He was very nice and tried to but could not either. Second enterprise person came to the car and immediately said "You need to close all doors for the light to turn off". However if you add his tone of voice, it was received as "Hey stupid, You need to close all doors for the light to turn off". We were both aware of that fact and funny that he could not get the light to turn off either. Front desk person successfully found the secret.
