Pros: The staff was very friendly. I did ask for a specific make and model and they had one left for us!
Cons: We found diapers, food and other types of trash in the vehicle.
The rubber stripping around the front windshield is coming off but they noted that issue before I drove off with it.
I learned my lesson to never rent from an airport again with all the extra taxes they tack on to the bill. Overall we loved the car!

Cons: Upon return, I was asked about a smudge that was there before I drove the SUV. I was held for about 20 minutes during deliberation about whether or not the smudge was there. I wasn't charged because I didn't do it, of course.
10-day Road Trip Rental
Pros: I liked the friendly service, spacious car (Kia Soul), and a lightning-fast check in. I received a $10 credit for refilling the tires with air which made up for the inconvenience of having to refill tires while on a road trip.
Cons: I didn't like the late pick up (1 hour) and that at check-out, I told the rep that the tires looked low, and she excused it (the tires are turned and just appear low, there's no light on the dash indicating low air pressure) then, 3 days into the rental, the light came on. So, I had to refill the tires.
Enterprise Rental
Pros: Great service, very friendly staff, and quick check out and return.

Pros: Free upgrade, excellent price, fast service, no hard sell on insurance.
Cons: The car did have a smell I did not care for, it was the result of using something to cover up previous smoking incident or something. The car wasn't as clean as I expected. The windows were fairly dirty. Parking at the rental site is very limited and hard to navigate when busy.
