Cons: I needed to rent a mini-van. The most cost effective rate was to rent it for the airport location. If the van was brought to a more convenient location for me i was then charged more money. I don't understand

Good experience but car had problem
Pros: Comfortable ride, lots of room
Cons: The drivers power seat stopped functioning after 1st adjustment. Made it difficult for other driver to be comfortable.

Great from start to finish
Pros: Picking up the van, driving it, loading and unloading it with boxes, and leaving it in another state were all very easy.

Great service, great price
Pros: This was our first time renting from Enterprise. They got us in and out so quickly when we went to pick up the vehicle. The guy in charge of getting us our car allowed us to choose from various cars on the lot and looked for the features we wanted. He explained how to use the features of the car. He was witty and thorough yet fast. We ended up with a van with only 400 miles on it, so it was immaculately clean. It ran great. Drop-off was convenient. The price was unbelievable. I was a little nervous that they were going to tack on some hidden fee since it was so cheap, but nope. It was the price I was quoted on Kayak!
Cons: I wish it wasn't such a premium to rent from an Enterprise facility closer to my home rather than having to go all the way to the airport. However, for the price, it was worth going up there!

Pros: Got me in and out quick, was cheaper than I booked for, big plus! The car was a bit woren out on the inside but got me where I was going.

Pros: The car was clean. The facility is fine. The agent during the drop off was friendly & professional.
Cons: During the pickup, the agent was a bit short with my wife. This was after she mentioned that we were in town for a funeral. I know you have a job to do, but please don't get annoyed if we don't want the extras. Also, the door on the minivan stopped working, which was inconvenient.

Cons: I was treat very poorly. I was asked to provide to two references, after I them my bank card, drives lic, proof of comprehensive Insurance and I rent cars all over US and EUROPE. I have never experienced this type of treatment and I am a local business man.

Horrible, need my money back
Pros: The enterprise that kayak selected to use was not the same location that the airport takes you to with their shuttle. Therefore I had to rent a completely different car from the airport enterprise or try to figure out some way to get 40 minutes away where the reservation was. Kayak should know that the airport shuttle does not go to the location that was selected and that it would be extremely difficult to get there without knowing a lot about that area. I didn't get to use my kayak reservation and because of kayak I had to rent 2 cars essentially and only used one. Please don't waste my money and refund my reservation.

Loss of use scenario irritated me.
Cons: The rep went out of his way to push buying insurance. He noted that if I had an accident that I was responsible for a "loss of use" charge while the car was being repaired. I do have insurance which covers a collision but this loss of use provision irritates me to no end. If I ever have to pay it, I will no longer be a customer with Enterprise.

First inspection of the car
Pros: I liked that personnel inspected the car at the beginning with you
Cons: The car was wet when they gave it to me, they had just washed it, which is fine but if it had some damage it would be hard to see with the reflect of the water

Wrong enterprise location
Cons: This Enterprise was 40 minutes from the airport with no shuttle. The airport shuttle took us to the one in Berkley that was 5 minutes from the airport and had the shuttle. The taxi alone would have been more than the car rental

Good service, friendly staff.
Pros: The rental agents were very professional and polite. But it was the ones who picked me up and dropped me off who really impressed me. Super friendly, amiable and interesting! Car was good, clean and relatively comfortable. Got great MPG.
Cons: "Maintenance reqd" light came on while driving through dense fog in the mountains. Was not near a place where I could pull off at the time, so was a little worrisome until I was able to get somewhere that I was able to establish that it was apparently nothing more than scheduled upcoming service.

Pros: It was relatively fast, they were eager to help and friendly
Cons: They gave me no information as to how or when to drop off on Sunday at a location that they knew was going to be closed. The one way rental fee is high!

Friendly staff, especially those who picked me off
Pros: Comfort, performance and gas mileage of the car I rented. Employees were friendly, professional, and got me in and out quickly and efficiently.
Cons: "maintenance required" light came on while driving through the Ozarks. Sort of freaked me out until I managed to pull over and look up what it meant in the manual. Turned out to be no big deal, but sort of disconcerting when it happens while driving through heavy fog in the mountains.

Best rental location in St Louis
Pros: I have rented cars many times in St Louis and this location is by far the best. The employees are very good

Cons: Car had no smoking signs all over the interior but the smell of smoke and smoke remover product was overpowering and left most of our dress clothes for the funeral with an embarrassing odor for the entire trip and after the return. Bummer.

Pros: The ease of picking up the car and dropping it off. The agents were very nice and helpful.
Cons: The cost of the added insurance. I know this is an option but I paid $40 for the car and $60 for the insurance! I did not like that part.

Pros: Pick up and drop off were both very easy. No hassles and all of the representatives were professional and friendly.
Cons: I rented in St. Louis at the airport and returned the rental in Kansas City...did not like that I had to drop off the rental in the city and find my way to the airport 20 miles away...otherwise I would have been charged an additional $150 just to drop the car off at the airport.
