Pretty good; room for improvement in customer serv
Pros: It was quick; car was good; convenient pickup and drop off.
Cons: Agent at desk wasn't friendly; she was short and impatient when responding to my questions. The interior of the car could have been vacuumed better.

Bait and switch
Pros: They told me to take an Emerald Aisle car, which voided Kayak rate. Paid $200 more than quoted. Beware of STL location. On top of it, they were rude and condescending.

Last minute one-way car rental
Pros: Had a travel SNAFU, scrambled and got flight to St. Louis with plan to drive into KC. Very few cars available - most agencies were sold out, I might have gotten last car. Price was bumped up due to limited availability, was near $200 for 1 day one way rental. But, car was clean, pickup was OK (not fan of the many up-sell screens). Dropped off car at ~4 a.m. in KCI, they checked car in later, all was good.
