3x the money I expected to pay. Horrible condescen
Pros: I was given misinformation and talked down too. I was no clear on the protocol for using a debit. When I told them I was not informed, the man said, 'we talked about this BUD'. Are you kidding me? Bud? I have a name and I am not a child. How innoppropriate. Is this the way customer service works when A customer is asking why he was not informed of proper information.
Cons: I dropped off the car in Tigard after hours, which is where I picked it up. I was expecting to get charged the extra day for doing so just like the representative stated if it was kept later than the allotted time. However, I received a call the next day, stating I owed more than $100 on the car. They added a drop fee. The man on the phone asked me 'where did you leave the car' I said 'where I picked it up. In Tigard.' He removed the charge. Thankfully. It was more hassle than it was worth and I ended up paying 3x the amount of money I was expecting to. Ridiculous. I'll never go back when I'm home visiting family. I refuse.

Pros: Great customer service! Angela was particularly helpful in ensuring that I made it back to the airport in time for my flight. She went above and beyond and I am incredibly grateful and I will definitely be a repeat customer.
