Pros:My car wasn’t readily available and I was asked if I could wait. Any other time would have been fine except that I really needed to get on the road in order to arrive to my destination on time. Samira jumped in to help, and intervened in a very creative way. She was extremely helpful, thinking out the box and found me a car right away. I was out the door within minutes after that. She made the drop off a very quick and smooth process too. It’s great to see that there are people in the service industry who still genuinely care. Thanks to Samina this will become my go to car rental location.Reviewed Feb 23 2020

Pros:Clean car and good rate initiallyCons:Needed vehicle Friday and Saturday only, was told I could drop it off Sunday, just drop the key in the drop box. FailPros:The worker on duty was kind.Cons:We booked a Hertz car through Kayak/CarRentals.com and when we arrived at our pickup location the attendant told us they had no cars available and that the store was closing that moment, despite us having a valid confirmation number. We wasted money ubering to the store, and everywhere after, as well as our time and we were not happy about the experience. The worker was kind, but said to never book through 3rd party sites. So it is very frustrating that you choose to even make that an option if it's likely to fail and waste my time and money.Reviewed Dec 26 2017
